“Sky Ilidza” project
In June 2015, Project Management and Supervisory Agreement has been signed between MDC doo Sarajevo and ELEGANT HOUSE doo Sarajevo (subsidiary of prominent Kuwaiti company). MDC has been appointed to manage and supervise construction of “SKY ILIDŽA” project consisted of apartments and commercial units in prime location in Ilidža, one of the most attractive residential areas of Sarajevo Canton. Investment size is circa 4,5 million EUR, GBA 9000m2.
